This hotel met all expectations.

I was on a pilgrimage so the position of the hotel in relation to the shrine was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, the cleaners came and sorted the room each day and left clean towels, soap and shower gel. I was bed and breakfast only for a week and the continental breakfast was good and substantial.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sanctuary, restaurants, and shops. Transportation is easily accessible with the city bus stop just across the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the river.

It was a bed for the night that was seemed to be close to the main area of town.

Walls are paper thin so you hear every noise. No airconditioning so rooms are very stuffy and you can't open the windows for the street noise. Very difficult to find. Parking is not convenient. Lifts are incredibly slow. Large tour bus groups choose this hotel which can cause major delays when checking in, using the lift and generally getting any service at all. Rooms are very basic with no tv, or toiletries provided. Breakfast is terrible.

As stated on the website the room will be equipped with a TV but tehree was no TV in the room.The hotel did not compensate for this.very dssatisfied with the service.

It was a pilgrimage hotel, and the restaurant facilities reflected this. There were only two lifts, one of which broke down.

They were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to detail. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The shower in the room was great, and the internet connection was reliable. this hotel offers value for money and I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Lourdes.
